Products are delivered to the address indicated by consumer in the purchase order. Invoices are directly issued to the email address indicated by consumer in the purchase order.
Our product offer can vary according to products availability.
Maison de Garniac commits to deliver the ordered products within 30 days outside Metropolitan France after receiving payment confirmation.
The exceeding of delivery times will not oblige Maison de Garniac to pay compensation and will not give clients the right not to observe or to suspend obligations arising from the agreement.
Regarding deliveries made by a carrier, Maison de Garniac cannot be held responsible for late delivery due solely to the unavailability of the client.
Maison de Garniac offers you the possibility of getting back products ordered to the post office or close to the address of delivery in case of absence of the place of initial delivery during the venue of the factor.
The purchaser has 24 hours to recover the merchandise in order to guarantee optimum freshness of the product. Within a period of 48 hours, the buyer take the responsibility for the damage of its merchandise.
No complaints shall be accepted.
Our merchandise is always transported at recipient's risk.
