Our butters rewarded at Lyon World’s best products competition!

French gastronomy capital, Lyon welcomes every year the World’s best products competition of wines, cheeses & dairy products, beers and spirits

Supported by recognized partners as Les Toques Blanches Lyonnaises, l’association des Sommeliers Lyonnais, the contest tastes thousand of products from different countries and rewards the best of them. 

In 2021, we’ve decided to present our black truffle butter and sage butter in the cheese and dairy products category.  These two butters can be consume only with bread but also to sublimate your dishes in sauce or melted on a dish.

Following a blind tasting, our two butters has been rewarded for their flavors :

  • Sage butter received the gold medal

  • Black truffle butter received the silver medal

It’s a great pride for us and a recognition of the quality of our products. Our range of butter also offers other butters:

  • Beurre du Pêcheur with organic lemon & fennel 
  • Beurre du Gabier with organic seaweeds 

These butters are perfect to sublimate your recipes for fish and shellfish for example. You can also use it on toasted bread.
