Gourmet workshop & tasting of Summer truffle

Would you like to discover summer truffles ? 

Our gourmet workshop is a good alternative to discover summer truffles through practice and pleasure thanks to the truffle tasting at the end. 

The workshop lasts 2 hours. 

It begins with a truffle trees visit and explanations on summer truffles and all their secrets. Then you will realize a french omelette filled with summer truffles and summer truffle cheese. To end, you will taste summer truffle omelette and summer truffle cheese with wine or syrup for children ! 

No prerequisite to participate to the workshop. 

Schedule : 

During summer truffle season and Burgundy truffle season from June to October. 

Dates will be placed with the members of the group. It's possible to privatize the workshop.
