-30g dried porcini mushrooms -1 cloves garlic - Flat parsley -40 g butter
Rehydrate the porcini mushrooms.
Heat the butter in a pan and colour the porcini mushrooms for about 8 min. Mix the garlic and parsley, add them to the porcini mushrooms and cooking for 3 min.
